Recipe: Barbeque Boneless Pork Ribs

Barbeque Boneless Pork Ribs



Ingredients

1 tsp canola oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 onion, diced (large)

1 1/4 cup ketchup

2/3 cup molasses

1/2 cup brown sugar

4 tbsp minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

4 tbsp distilled vinegar

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Dash salt
4 lbs. Boneless Pork Ribs

Directions

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, being careful not to burn them (garlic may become bitter). Reduce the heat to low. Add the ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, chipotle peppers, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt and stir. Allow to simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Taste after simmering and add whatever ingredient it needs (more spice, more sugar, etc.  Make it your own).

Season ribs with salt and pepper and grill.  15 minutes before you pull ribs off grill brush all sides with sauce.  Add a salad or your favorite side dishes.
